  • Industrial and research-grade robotic platforms

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to technical sales, customer success, and the commercial side of advanced robotics.

About the Company

INVENT. ENHANCE. DEPLOY.

Founded in 2014, InDro Robotics is a rapidly growing robotics R&D company focused on building advanced autonomous systems and enabling robotics innovation across multiple industries. Based at Area X.O in Ottawa, InDro works with government, enterprise, academic, and industrial partners to develop, test, and deploy cutting-edge robotics technologies.

Our business spans product sales, custom R&D programs, and an online component store supporting engineers, researchers, and integrators worldwide.

About the Team

You will work closely with InDro's engineering, operations, and leadership teams, supporting both new and existing customers. Our team values clear communication, accountability, and a customer-first mindset. This role provides hands-on exposure to real customers, real technology, and real business outcomes.

About You

You will enjoy this role if you are organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with customers by email, phone, and video call. You are curious about technology, enjoy learning new products quickly, and take pride in helping customers succeed after the sale.
