Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team and collaborate with seasoned professionals on impactful HR transformation projects. As a key contributor, you'll play a pivotal role in deploying SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) applications, enhancing our clients' HR systems. Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Engage actively in workshops to effectively gather requirements from functional business owners
  • Take charge as the primary point of contact throughout the project cycle, leading client meetings to establish deadlines, address concerns, and deliver regular updates
  • Configure HRIS (SAP Payroll)
  • Educate clients on the best practices in deployment and implementation of the software
  • Conduct customer training workshops or software support;
  • Assist clients with user acceptance testing along with roll-out and go-live activities such as conversion loads and system initialization
  • As a consultant, you will contribute to the preparation of service proposals to potential clients while also being involved in mentoring and developing team members as needed.

Required Skills:

  • 3 or more years of experience implementing SAP Payroll
  • Strong Payroll solution configuration and schema/rule writing
  • Hands on experience with Custom reports and data extracts (SQL and SAP Tables)
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing concurrent HCM system implementations/processes
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with a remarkable talent for building strong connections with clients and vendors throughout project execution and implementation.
  • Strong aptitude for comprehending and evaluating HR management processes.

  • SAP Payroll Certification

Dans ce rôle, tu, travailleras aux côtés d'une équipe expérimentée et tu développeras ton expertise en réalisant des projets d'envergure impliquant le déploiement applications SuccessFactors ECP pour nos clients. Tu contribueras également à développer les compétences de l'équipe à travers le coaching.

Tes responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Participer activement aux ateliers pour recueillir efficacement les exigences auprès des propriétaires d'entreprises fonctionnelles
  • Prendre la responsabilité en tant que contact principal tout au long du cycle de projet, diriger les réunions clients pour établir les délais, aborder les préoccupations et fournir des mises à jour régulières
  • Configurer le SIRH (SAP Payroll)
  • Éduquer les clients sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de déploiement et de mise en œuvre du SIRH
  • Organiser des ateliers de formation clients ou de support SIRH
  • Aider les clients dans les tests d'acceptation utilisateur ainsi que dans les activités de déploiement et de mise en service telles que les charges de conversion et l'initialisation du système
  • En tant que consultant, contribuer à la préparation des propositions de service aux clients potentiels tout en étant impliqué.e dans le mentorat et le développement des membres de l'équipe si nécessaire.

Compétences requises :

  • Avoir 3 ans ou plus d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre de SAP Payroll
  • Avoir une très bonne connaissance des modules de paye
  • Expérience pratique des rapports personnalisés et des extractions de données (SQL et tables SAP)
  • Expertise avérée dans la gestion simultanée de mises en œuvre/processus du système HCM
  • Posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication, ainsi qu'une aisance pour établir de solides relations avec les clients et les fournisseurs tout au long de l'exécution et de la mise en œuvre du projet
  • Avoir une forte capacité à comprendre et à évaluer les processus de gestion des ressources humaines
  • Adopter une approche centrée sur le client
