Job Title SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant S4HANA Location US and Canada Job Type Full-Time Key Responsibilities Solution Design Process Mapping Lead the design and con-figuration of SAP S4HANA solutions for the Order to Cash (O2C) process. Create detailed process maps for order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer payments, aligning with busi-ness objectives and SAP best practices. Translate business requirements into functional specifi-cations and provide innovative, scalable solutions to improve O2C processes. Identify opportuni-ties for automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. End-to-End O2C Process Optimization Implement and configure O2C processes such as sales order processing, pricing, delivery, invoicing, credit management, and customer payments. Ensure seamless inte-gration of O2C with related modules, including Finance (FI), Material Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM). Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and end-to-end process efficiency.

Address issues related to billing, pricing, credit checks, and revenue recognition. System Configuration Customization Configure SAP S4HANA to meet specific requirements for O2C processes, including sales order creation, customer master data management, and pricing strategies. Customize and optimize O2C workflows based on busi-ness needs and industry best practices. Implement enhancements to existing configurations and ensure continuous improvement of the system. Project Leadership Support Lead SAP O2C-related projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements. Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and external consultants to ensure successful delivery of O2C solutions. Provide ongoing post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for O2C pro-cesses within SAP S4HANA. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the subject matter expert for O2C, working closely with finance, logistics, and IT teams to align SAP solutions with business strategies. Participate in workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to en-sure successful user adoption. Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure seamless inte-gration and alignment of business processes.
