Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team who has prior experience with Bell portals. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for technology sales. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the store
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with personalized service
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with Bell products and services, ensuring a positive and seamless in-store experience.
  • Support team goals, both short- and long-term
  • Maintain a clean, organized store (e.g., cleaning counters and managing waste)
  • Utilize Bell systems and portals efficiently to process activations, upgrades, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting requests accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bell promotions, plans, and devices to effectively meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or telecom sales experience with Bell (minimum 1 year experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, approachable, and able to engage diverse customers
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to guide and close transactions
  • Organized, with the ability to manage orders and meet deadlines
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems, devices, and product offerings.
  • Minimum 1 year of cell phone store and customer service experience
  • Ability to reliably commute to Toronto, ON M9V 1C2

Schedule:

  • Timing : 9:30 AM–6 PM
  • 8-hour day shifts
