Kelly's customer is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Entry-Level Data Entry Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer data, processing orders, and providing basic customer support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update customer and order data into internal systems
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and other service requests
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage time effectively
  • SAP Knowledge preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Perks:

  • Work Monday - Friday, from 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • $23.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay, paid weekly via direct deposit
  • Potential to be extended
