This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.The Financial Operations Recovery Process Specialist is responsible for providing technical direction, guidance and resources to associates on a day to day basis.  How you will make an impact:Serves as a first line resource for financial operations associates for workflow and technical related processes.  Provides operational training, assists associates by answering day-to-day technical questions, monitors inventory to ensure workflow remains uninterrupted, and handles complex case research and resolution.  May review and monitor associates work for quality standards.Reviews department policy and procedure manuals for accuracy and works to ensure procedures and polices are accurate and complete.  May research operations workflow problems and system irregularities.  Assists with the development and testing of process improvement solutions and other operational improvements.  Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:Previous experience in high-volume operations (claims, customer service, enrollment and billing) strongly preferred.Job Level:Non-Management Non-ExemptWorkshift:Job Family:AFA > Financial OperationsPlease be advised that Elevance Health only accepts resumes for compensation from agencies that have a signed agreement with Elevance Health.
