  • Own the end-to-end management of the company's PIM platform and related systems.
  • Define and maintain product taxonomy, attributes, and governance standards.
  • Configure and optimize ETL, API, and data validation workflows.

  • Establish, monitor, and report on data quality KPIs and improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, and operations teams to align data standards with business needs.

Required Qualifications

Only candidates meeting all mandatory qualifications will be considered.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), or catalog operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience leading, coaching, and holding team members accountable for results.
  • Proven experience managing or implementing a PIM/MDM platform (Akeneo, Pimberly Salsify, Informatica, etc.).
  • Expertise in data modeling, taxonomy design, and product variant logic.
  • Proficiency with APIs, ETL, and data transformation workflows.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured, and results-oriented environment.

Applicants without management experience or proven PIM system experience will not be considered.

This role is not suitable for data entry, analyst, or junior-level applicants.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with ACES/PIES automotive fitment data standards.
  • Experience integrating with marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart) or feed tools (ChannelAdvisor, Feedonomics).
  • SEO-driven product content and catalog optimization experience.
  • Background in high-SKU, e-commerce, or retail environments.
