Senior Delivery Lead

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to join our Account Services and Delivery Team. As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will spearhead the delivery of transformative solutions; integrating program management, customer success, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
You will strategize and implement the optimal path to introduce our generative AI platform to customers, fostering sustained adoption and value realization. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives. You Will:

• Manage high-profile, intricate programs, charting the course to empower scientists with our generative AI platform for accelerated drug discovery.
• Forge robust relationships with customers, ensuring seamless deployment and sustained adoption of our technology.
• Conduct touch points with key stakeholders, and prepare and present compelling content at executive review meetings.
• Collaborate with account teams to design and implement account-specific adoption strategies that enhance awareness, usage, advocacy, and value.
• Participate in user calls, continuously refining engagement strategies and improving adoption metrics.
• Anticipate support requirements, and monitor and manage the health and risks associated with critical deliverables.
• Leverage metrics and reporting to bolster scientist engagement and utilization of BenchSci technology.
• Spearhead a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities for streamlined and efficient execution.
• Guide teams towards achieving objectives, establishing frameworks and mechanisms to standardize and scale business outcomes.

You Have:

• 5+ years of program management experience across multiple domains, coupled with 5+ years in customer success for B2B enterprises and global organizations.
• Educational background or working experience in a life sciences or technology discipline.
• Proven ability to craft and deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
• Experience navigating complex scenarios and collaborating with multiple stakeholders at varying levels.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at finding solutions and forging a path forward.
• Skilled in interpreting complex data, defining strategies, and implementing tactics to enhance trends.
• A genuine passion for advancing life sciences and a strong desire to be part of a transformative, world-class delivery team.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
