As a Divine Spine Wellness Coordinator, you'll create the Divine Spine Experience for our patients through excellent service and premium healthcare. You'll be in a magnetic clinic environment where you'll have the ability to master your hospitality skills, work alongside friends and meet new people every day. A Divine Spine adjustment and smile can go a long way, and we believe our wellness coordinators have the power to be the best moment in each patient's day. Basic Qualifications

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Meet clinic operating policies and standards, including providing exceptional customer service, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Engage with and understand our patients, including discovering and responding to patient needs through clear and pleasant communication
  • Process patient transactions and manage schedules in our electronic management software
  • Communicate with patients through our customer management software
  • Available to perform many different tasks within the clinic during each shift

Availability Required

Mondays: 9:00 am - 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Tuesdays: virtual meetings as mutually agreed upon

Wednesdays: 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Thursdays: 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Fridays: 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Saturdays: 11:30 pm - 3:30 pm
