Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven
Director of Solutions Delivery
to lead and scale our end-to-end SaaS implementation and onboarding function. This role is responsible for overseeing client delivery, managing implementation and consulting teams, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience as the business scales.

This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone with deep experience in SaaS implementations, team management, and process optimization within high-growth environments. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

The Director of Solutions Delivery will oversee a team of approximately 15 Implementation Specialists and Practice Consultants, while managing delivery capacity across a growing portfolio of 20–60+ concurrent client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Specialists and Practice Consultants, driving accountability, performance, and professional growth.
• Own the end-to-end SaaS implementation and onboarding lifecycle, from kickoff through go-live and early adoption.
• Ensure scalable, repeatable delivery processes that support rapid client growth while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Oversee multiple concurrent client implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction.
• Partner with Practice Consultants to ensure effective client onboarding, training, and adoption of the BoomerangFX platform.
• Establish and monitor delivery KPIs, team metrics, and client feedback to continuously improve onboarding outcomes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex delivery or client issues, driving resolution across internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align delivery priorities and improve implementation efficiency.
• Define, document, and enforce implementation standards, SOPs, and quality benchmarks across all delivery workflows.
• Scale the delivery organization by improving capacity planning, onboarding, and enablement for new team members.
• Oversee project tracking and delivery visibility using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across implementation, training, and rollout processes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in SaaS implementation, delivery operations, or client onboarding leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading and scaling client-facing delivery teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS onboarding, implementation methodologies, and client adoption best practices.
• Demonstrated success managing high volumes of concurrent client implementations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and operational KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare SaaS, EMR, or practice management software
• Background in operations leadership within scaling SaaS companies
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
• Familiarity with customer success or client health platforms (e.g., ChurnZero)
