Sales & Operations Coordinator (Import / Export – Footwear)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – in-office & remote; occasional travel within Canada / USA)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About UsWe are an established footwear trading company with nearly 30 years of production and export experience, originally based in China, with offices facilities in North America. We specializeon the research and production of mid-to-high-end children's shoes, supplying Europe ,Canadian and U.S. supermarket and distributorsKey Responsibilities

· Support the owner and sales team in developing and following up with North American customers

· Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export documentation

· Coordinate samples, production follow-up, bookings, shipments, and warehouse activities

· Maintain customer records, sales reports, inventory data, and operational tracking

· Assist with preparation and on-site support for footwear trade shows

· Help maintain the wholesale website, product catalogue, and basic product updates

· Provide general administrative and operational support

Qualifications & Skills

· Experience in trading, import/export, logistics, or supply chain is preferred

· Experience in footwear, apparel, bags, or textiles is a strong asset

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)

· Strong written English skills; able to draft professional business emails

· Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

· Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks

· Willing to travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

· Annual salary: CAD $45,000 – $60,000, depending on experience

· 3-month probation period with performance review and potential salary adjustment

· Paid vacation and statutory holidays in accordance with Ontario ESA

· Hybrid working arrangement (combination of in-office and remote work)
