Your Impact

  • Contribute to the design and detailing of structural systems for commercial, institutional, and residential buildings
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop innovative, buildable solutions
  • Prepare and review structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Support construction teams with site coordination and technical guidance
  • Apply sustainable design principles to reduce environmental impact and enhance building performance

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • 3–5 years of experience in structural drafting and detailing within the buildings sector
  • Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with BIM workflows is a strong asset
  • Experience working on concrete, steel, and wood-framed structures
  • Comfortable interpreting engineering sketches and translating them into accurate construction documents
  • Passionate about contributing to projects that shape communities and improve lives
