Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time role for a Social Worker based in Saskatoon, SK. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing direct support to clients, developing and implementing personalized care plans, offering individual to kids, youth, and families.

The role involves fostering a therapeutic and empowering relationship with clients while adhering to ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Counseling and therapeutic skills, including individual and group support
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community organizations
  • Knowledge of anti-oppressive and trauma-informed care practices
  • Proficiency in maintaining documentation and confidentiality standards
  • A registered Social Work designation with a valid license to practice
  • Experience working with diverse populations and addressing mental health challenges is an asset
