This is a rare early-career opportunity to work within private markets M&A and learn M&A work as part of a motivated and high-performance team responsible for analysis and due diligence of prospective partner firms in the financial services industry.Working directly with analysis & diligence project leads, you will ensure that work progresses at an appropriate pace and take the lead on first drafts of most analyses and deliverables. Additionally, you will work with relevant stakeholders across the organization and support post-closing action items such as reporting, accounting, and integration hand-offs, leveraging the understanding of the prospective partner firms gained during diligence.
