As a SERVICE ADVISOR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with assistance and support regarding their inquiries, complaints and feedback. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional and efficient interactions.

ROLES & RESPONABILITIES:

Answering and dealing with high volume calls.

Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.

Establishing if you can assist and if not, referring to the correct person(s).

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent and high quality service.

Work collaboratively with dealerships, commercial businesses and insurance companies.

Handle customers' insurance claims.

Create ALL invoices with correct and accurate information.

Schedule customers/ clients into our booking system.

Document and track customers' interaction in our note system taking.

Providing accurate quotes for all customers and commercial businesses.

Order parts on a daily basis via windshield, door glass, quarter glass, rear glasses, etc.

Order vehicle accessories (mine ready trucks), trailer hitches, deflectors, etc.

Follow up with customers' to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date inventory for windshields and sundry products.

Maintain a clean workplace.

Handle transaction payments via cash and/or machine.

Track orders on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent; some post secondary education preferred

Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.

Strong and excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle high stress situations calmly and effectively

Proficiency with customer management systems and Microsoft office.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
