Job Overview

Clean Maid Janitorial Services and Supplies provides reliable, high-quality commercial and residential cleaning services. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaning professionals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments. Cleaners are responsible for performing a wide range of janitorial and housekeeping duties using company-approved cleaning methods, tools, and supplies while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in homes, offices, and commercial facilities.

Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesGeneral Cleaning Duties

  • Perform routine and deep cleaning services in residential and commercial properties
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and carpets
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, blinds, and surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch areas
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly

Commercial Cleaning Responsibilities

  • Clean offices, retail spaces, buildings, and common areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces
  • Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and checklists
  • Ensure cleaning is completed with minimal disruption to business operations

Residential Cleaning Responsibilities

  • Provide respectful and professional cleaning services in private homes
  • Follow client-specific instructions and preferences
  • Handle household items with care and maintain client confidentiality
  • Perform move-in, move-out, and deep-clean services as required

Supplies & Equipment

  • Use and maintain janitorial equipment and cleaning tools properly
  • Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Report low inventory, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Customer Service & Professionalism

  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors
  • Arrive on time and complete assigned tasks efficiently
  • Report any concerns, damages, or special requests promptly

This position is vital in maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment. We value Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift
  • Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with facilities maintenance, including basic repairs and use of power tools and hand tools
  • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures applicants who are committed to quality work, punctuality, and excellent service delivery.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
