**We are looking for experienced, professional, and dynamic **_**Cleaners/Superintendents **_ **to work at Condominium buildings in the GTA area who can work and grow with us**
**Cleaner / Housekeeper Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Sweep or mop all hard surface floors (lobbies, stairs, elevators, changerooms, hallways etc.) as per the work schedule.
- Vacuum and Carpet spot clean, carpeted surface floors as per the work schedule.
- Collect and remove garbage/ recycling from drop points identified in the work schedule, to a garbage bin or chute room and from containers located in the building.
- Clean and disinfect all garbage Chute rooms.
- Assists in the moving of garbage bins when needed
- Cleans and services restrooms with light duty housekeeping duties.
- Polishes furniture, metal work, and chrome using appropriate cleaning and polishing compounds
- Dusts items such as blinds, furniture, file cabinets, door, frames, railings, picture frames and windowsills using treated dust mittens, cloths, or hand-cleaning items
- Maintain and Clean Garbage compactor Room.
- Experience in Operating Cleaning Machines
- You should be available to work on calls if required as well.
- **Comfortable to work in any Location within GTA.**

**Cleaner / Housekeeper Knowledge, Skills and Proficiency**:

- Prior cleaning experience in condominium is an asset
- Having knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, solutions and equipment of the janitorial service would be an asset.
- Have knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
