Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Coffee/Restaurant Staff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant food service environment, providing exceptional service and high-quality food and beverages to our guests. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
  • Take customer orders accurately and process transactions through cash handling and cashiering procedures
  • Assist in food preparation and food service, ensuring quality standards are maintained
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, taking feedback, and ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Restock supplies as needed and assist with general restaurant duties to support smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food industry, including barista experience, serving, or food preparation, is a plus
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work during restaurant hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
