Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring robust financial management, and driving business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills who can navigate complex financial landscapes while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead risk management initiatives to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage corporate finance activities, including capital structure, funding strategies, and investment analysis.
  • Drive business development efforts by providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate account reconciliation and maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, banks, and regulatory bodies through effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Supervise the finance team, providing leadership and mentorship to enhance organizational skills and performance.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the financial services sector.
  • Strong background in accounting principles and practices, corporate finance, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development with a track record of successful negotiations that drive growth.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making to enhance overall business performance.
