Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Hot Equipment Technician to join our team in the GTA. This role is vital in ensuring the optimal performance of our clients' hot kitchen equipment and supporting our mission of delivering high-quality mechanical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial hot equipment such as Hot tables, fryers, ovens, stoves and other hot kitchen related equipment.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service.
  • Document service activities and report on equipment performance.
  • Assist in system upgrades and installations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
  • Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
  • On call rotation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with commercial kitchen equipment, Hot tables, fryers, ovens, stoves and other hot kitchen related equipment.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid technical certifications or licenses required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety standards.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
