Advantage Heating & Air Conditioning Inc is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems and maintenance. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The applicant must hold a valid apprenticeship/journeyman status, have a valid driver's license and a clean criminal record as you may be required to a background check. Technicians must be available for on call shifts during the winter months, i.e. one week on, one-two weeks off.

Duties:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems

- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including furnaces and air conditioners

- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems

- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations

Experience:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role

- Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment

- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components

- Certification or license in HVAC is a plus

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
