What would my role be?

Reporting to the Manager, Nutrition & Food services, you will accomplish the general tasks of the department, more specifically those tasks associated with food cart cleaning, dish washing machine loading and unloading, the runner as well as the preparation of food trays.

How do I qualify?

Required:

• Completion of High School Diploma
• Valid food handler certificate from a recognized institution

Preferred:

• Fluent in French and English

What skills should I possess to succeed in the role?

• Ability to perform activities requiring considerable standing, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, and transferring equipment and material.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to demonstrate a respectful, patient, and compassionate behavior towards patients and residents.
• Capacity to provide quality client-centered service.
