Work Model:
Primarily field-based/remote, focused on managing and developing the assigned territory through in-person customer visits. The role includes access to the broader downtown core for additional business opportunities as needed. Candidates are required to be on-site
once per month
(near Mississauga) for forecasting and alignment meetings. This role is
not a fully work-from-home model
due to regular customer-facing activities and periodic in-office presence.
Candidates must be willing to relocate if outside of the province.

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Account Manager / Sales professional to join their growing team in Ontario: preferred locations near the Toronto downtown core, London, Kitchener, Niagara Falls,... Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across their respective region by delivering tailored security solutions that align with their operational needs.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.
- Conduct client site visits and consult on security needs involving integrated solutions (video surveillance, intrusion alarms, access control, etc.).
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and solution recommendations with support from the engineering and technical teams.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, promote service renewals, and uncover upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including technicians, project managers, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to provide strategic input into regional sales strategy.
Qualifications
Experience
:
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales or account management experience in the security systems, low-voltage, or related technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales cycles, preferably with a background in security integration or electronic systems.
Knowledge
:
- Familiarity with major industry solutions e.g. Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, Milestone, AMAG, CCure, Bosch, Axis, or similar platforms, is highly desirable.
- Understanding of the security industry (surveillance, access control, fire/intrusion systems) and regional market dynamics.
Skills
:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, sales reporting, and forecasting.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada without restrictions.
