Invivo Psychology is a growing, psychologist-led practice in downtown Toronto (Bay & Bloor). We provide CBT-informed therapy, diagnostic assessment, and coaching for professionals, students, and high-functioning adults navigating:

What We Offer

Hybrid model — see clients virtually and/or in-office

Flexibility — three 5-hour shifts on your schedule (days/evenings/weekends)

Weekly supervision/mentorship available (psychologist with 20+ yrs experience)

Streamlined systems & full admin support (Jane, billing, intake)

Compensation

• $172–$195 per clinical hour (take-home), based on experience, credentials, and registration level
• Bi-weekly direct deposit
• No admin burden — we handle scheduling, billing, and marketing

This Role Is Perfect If You're…

• A CBT-oriented psychologist looking for meaningful, part-time work
• Interested in anxiety, burnout, stress, depression, trauma, or life transitions
• A potential clinical lead or long-term associate who values collaboration, care, and excellence

• Knowledge/training in CBT-I (insomnia) and/or couples therapy is strongly valued

What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-informed therapy (CBT, ACT, IPT, MI) to adult clients
• Conduct brief assessments and track outcomes
• Contribute to clinic innovation and service development
• Help shape a boutique, high-integrity practice

What You'll Need

• Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical/Counselling Psychology or Psychological Associate designation
• Registered (or eligible/supervised) with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO)
• Experience in CBT for anxiety, depression, and stress
• 3–5 years' clinical experience (or strong supervised-practice trajectory)
• Tech-friendly (Jane, Google Suite, virtual platforms)
• Warm, reflective, client-centred style
