We're seeking a detail-driven, reliability-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Vacation Property Cleaning Technician. This role supports our vacation property division, ensuring every guest arrives to a space that feels polished, consistent, and impeccably prepared.

Hours fluctuate between casual and part-time, depending on the season and booking volume. Vacation turnover work often occurs on weekends, holidays, and with short notice, so flexibility is a key part of this position.

This role also includes residential weekend support as needed — no commercial cleaning is required.

What This Role Involves

  • Completing vacation turnover cleans to strict, repeatable standards
  • Staging, stocking, and resetting properties so each guest has a consistent experience
  • Handling on-site laundry as required
  • Maintaining checklists and standards without deviation
  • Reporting damages or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Responding quickly to last-minute booking notifications
  • Supporting weekend residential clients during slower vacation periods

This is not an entry-level "quick clean" role. Vacation property work demands consistency, precision, and excellent time management.

Requirements

  • 18+ and legally allowed to work in Canada
  • Valid driver's licence + reliable vehicle
  • Smartphone with data
  • Able to work weekends (most turnover work occurs then)
  • Comfortable with last-minute schedule changes
  • Able to lift/move items within reasonable limits (50lbs)
  • Clear background check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Two recent professional references
