Job Description

* Assist RBC Wealth Management branch staff nationwide with Salesforce support inquiries and requests. 

* Conduct ad-hoc meetings as necessary with branch teams to triage and investigate more complex product issues and roadblocks. 

* Collaborate with Salesforce Product Owners and Technology teams as they deliver on our broader vision and strategic goals across the Salesforce platform within an Agile environment. 

* Work closely with the product team to provide inputs into the intake and documentation of product enhancement requests from both end-users and from Head Office stakeholders.
