Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including cooks and bartenders, ensuring proper training and adherence to food handling procedures.
  • Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to build a strong team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
  • Implement health and safety regulations to ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong background in food preparation and handling practices.
  • Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall beverage service experience.
  • Ability to lead by example, motivating staff while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
