Coaldale, Canada K4 cleaning Full time $30,000 - $40,000 per year

Overview

We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidates MUST have own transport , must have or willing to get a criminal back ground check . Cleaning experience is not essential as full training is provided . These positions are for the hours between 8:30-4:40 ish NO weekends or evening work

Gas allowence is paid weekly .

Three month trail Period .

Uniform provided after training is completed

Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various areas of the facility.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Conduct custodial duties such as restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries regarding cleaning services and address any concerns promptly.
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated schedules.
  • Assist with heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stored properly.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any maintenance issues or supply needs.

Requirements

  • Must have own transport to get form job to job .
  • criminal back ground check .
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
