About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Solutions Architect
to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in multi-tenant database and infrastructure design, pipeline management, and .NET technologies, combined with proven leadership experience managing developer teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Design multi-tenant databases and cloud infrastructure for enterprise-grade applications.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline management to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.
- Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage developer teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct technical assessments, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud architecture.
Core Expertise / Requirements:
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience with
Microsoft Azure
, including cloud architecture, services, and deployment strategies. - Strong experience designing
multi-tenant databases
and cloud infrastructure. - Expertise in
pipeline management
(CI/CD, DevOps practices). - 5+ years leading and managing developer teams.
- Deep proficiency in
.NET
framework and related technologies. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
