Part-Time Bookkeeper – Farm Business (1–2 Days/Week)

We're a growing family-run farm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to help keep our financial records organized and up to date. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone looking for steady, flexible work in a hands-on agricultural business.

About the Role:

  • 1–2 days per week (flexible scheduling)
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Payroll support
  • HST tracking and filing
  • Reconciling bank and credit card statements
  • Maintaining accurate records for our farm operations
  • Working closely with ownership and our accountant

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous bookkeeping experience (farm or small business experience is an asset)
  • Comfortable with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks or similar)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Trustworthy and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with agricultural operations is a bonus but not required

Location:

  • On-site at our farm in 7557 Lakeshore rd, Lambton shore (some flexibility may be available)

Compensation:

  • Competitive, based on experience
