Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This leadership role requires a strong background in cleaning, hospitality, and custodial services, with a focus on maintaining a pristine environment across all areas of our property. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet quality standards.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on efficiency and excellence.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain cleanliness throughout the property.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and address any guest or operational issues promptly.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of industrial cleaning supplies when necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices related to motel cleanliness, hospitality standards, and custodial techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services, with a strong background in cleaning and hospitality management.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience in an executive housekeeper role preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures and custodial best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols related to industrial cleaning supplies is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
