Job Description:

Our team is part of TD's Analytics, Insights and Artificial Intelligence (AI2) supporting Canadian Personal Banking's Operations group as the central hub for agentic AI, internal digital insights, and data analytics that power business-unit strategies and support our customer facing colleagues.

Our mission is to deliver and modernize data driven coaching, processes, and analytics used by the Operations group in support of colleagues working directly with TD's customers.

We are a team of high-performing subject matter experts spanning agentic AI solutions, digital analytics, big data, cloud infrastructure, end-to-end measurement, business analytics, data science and modeling, business intelligence, data strategy and governance, and advanced visualization. Together, we enable TD to make smarter, faster, and more customer-centric decisions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Own projects end-to-end (E2E) from scoping and requirements gathering to data engineering, modeling, insights, and visualization.

  • Act as a strategic consultant, delivering value-added insights, storytelling, and actionable recommendations for website personalization and campaign optimization.

  • Apply a data science mindset, grounded in causal impact, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven problem solving to drive marketing innovation and accountability.

  • Work with large-scale datasets across various stages of the customer journey and leverage advanced analytics tools such as Python, PySpark, Databricks, Power BI, and SQL to deliver best-in-class solutions.

  • Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and data ecosystems, translating complex business problems into clear, data-driven solutions.

  • Exhibit exceptional storytelling — translating analytical findings into compelling narratives that influence senior stakeholders.

  • Use your abilities to collaborate across teams, communicate with clarity, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, and consistently deliver measurable results.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics role, including Data Engineering, Report Building (Power BI), Data Architecture, experience with big data.

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

  • Proven track record of execution, problem-solving, and measurable business impact.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in large-scale data processing and advanced programming with PySpark, SQL, and Databricks.

  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.

  • Strong technical foundation and ability to scale analytical solutions.
