Do you want to play a key role in driving growth, creativity, and customer engagement in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment? DeVry Greenhouses is looking for a Program & Marketing Coordinator to join our Growing Smiles Fundraising (GSF) team.

In this role, you'll be the captain of the GSF's marketing initiatives - developing and executing strategies that attract new fundraising partners, expand our brand reach, and help local organization succeed in their fundraising goals. You'll also provide creative direction, design marketing materials, and support seasonal operations to ensure an exceptional experience for every group we serve. This position reports directly to Fundraising Lead.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:

  • Lead new customer acquisition through digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and ads (Google, Meta, etc.), optimizing for performance ROI.
  • Maintain and enhance the GSF website, ensuring it stays current, brand-aligned, and conversion-focused.
  • Design digital and print marketing assets that strengthen our visual identity.
  • Provide creative, direction and support for team campaigns and projects.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to guide continuous improvement.
  • Support seasonal operations by assisting with customer service (emails/calls), administrative tasks, and delivery coordination during busy periods.
  • Collaborate closely with the team - embracing our "3C's": Cooperate, Coordinate, Collaborate.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic marketing mindset with creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing and updating WordPress websites.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to stay composed under pressure.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Total Rewards:

  • We offer a competitive total rewards compensation package based on education, experience, and demonstrated performance.
  • Annual salary rage: $47,000-$52,000 depending on experience and education.
