About the Role:

As a Maintenance Mechanic at Woodbridge Pallet, you'll play a key role in keeping our production equipment running safely and efficiently. From performing routine maintenance to troubleshooting and repairing machinery, your hands-on expertise will help minimize downtime and support a smooth manufacturing process in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain saws, nailing machines, conveyors & more
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & basic electrical issues
  • Weld & fabricate for equipment repairs/mods
  • Service forklifts & material handling gear
  • Perform building repairs & support installations
  • Follow all safety procedures including LOTO
  • Keep accurate maintenance records & manage spare parts inventory

What You Bring

  • 3 plus year's experience in manufacturing, sawmills, or pallet/wood processing preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge

  • Physically fit for a dusty, fast-paced setting

  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills
  • Available for afternoon shifts + emergency repairs

What We Offer

  • $24–$26/hour + overtime-depending on experience
  • 44 hours/week | Mon–Fri, afternoon shifts with occasional weekends
  • Full benefits: dental, vision, extended health

Location: On-site in Woodbridge
