About The Role
Join our Manufacturing Operations team as an
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright)
and play a key role in maintaining and improving highly automated production equipment. This is an opportunity to work with
advanced robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and complete work orders on schedule
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems (Fanuc)
  • Install and modify equipment such as conveyors, fans, and guards
  • Ensure safe and efficient operations while minimizing downtime
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team and follow escalation processes
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

What We're Looking For

  • Industrial Millwright License 433A (Red Seal) – required
  • 2–5 years' experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
  • Strong background with hydraulics, pneumatics,(PLC) automated systems
  • Experience with Fanuc robots or equivalent robotic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Commitment to workplace health & safety
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime

Education

  • Diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technician, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering Technician, or Automation & Robotics
