What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing files involving debt recovery, enforcement of secured and unsecured claims, and commercial disputes.
  • Advising clients on bankruptcy, insolvency, and fraud-related recovery actions.
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, including motions, applications, and trials.
  • Drafting pleadings, court materials, and settlement documents.
  • Collaborating with lawyers in other related areas including insolvency, corporate, and real estate.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in commercial litigation, ideally with a focus on debt recovery, enforcement, or insolvency.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
  • A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong academic and professional credentials.
