Through leasing, renting, business loans, 0% financing and payment processing, we work with more than 3,000 restaurant owners each year, helping them achieve their goals throughout Canada, the U.S., and Australia.
With our new digital platforms, owners and operators can now apply online, confirm their pricing terms, sign their contracts, and view previous leases.

Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative – Loyalty, you are dedicated to supporting and strengthening relationships with existing customers. By focusing on retention and delivering tailored solutions, you will build long-term customer loyalty while also helping to minimize cancellations and identify opportunities for additional business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retention & Customer Experience
- Proactively engage existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure continued satisfaction.
- Provide tailored solutions that support customer needs and build long-term loyalty.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to support renewals, upgrades, and ongoing engagement.
- Manage payout requests, cancellations, and retention activities, aiming to preserve customer relationships wherever possible.
- Identify and act on opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or referral to additional products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes in Salesforce and EFS Online.
- Achieve retention and customer experience KPIs while maintaining quality standards.
- Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for existing customers, building confidence and loyalty.
- Collaborate with dealers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate effectively with customers to find mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Share insights and best practices with colleagues to support overall team performance.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, retention, or account management.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage objections and preserve customer relationships.
- Proven ability to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in managing customer outcomes.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- Lead by example in advocating company values and impact initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support corporate social responsibility efforts, including Opportunity International Australia, B Corp, and SilverChef Group initiatives.

Compensation
:
- $55,000 - $60,000 annual salary
- Commission and annual discretionary bonuses.
