Retail Sales Associate — Starting at 20 hrs/week (Path to Full-Time)

If you love healthy living, natural products, and connecting with people — this job is for you Our Natural Market is growing, and we're looking for a a friendly, motivated go-getter who's equally comfortable helping customers, supporting our coaches, and jumping into social media content.

Your Role

  • Help customers choose products tailored to their goals
  • Support our coaching team — client registration, membership updates & check-ins
  • Process sales, returns, and keep our shelves stocked + beautiful
  • Receive inventory, organize orders, rotate stock
  • Create fun social media content to highlight products + store life
  • Keep the store tidy, welcoming, and full of great energy

Who You Are

  • retail experience is an asset
  • Passionate about nutrition, wellness, and healthy living
  • Friendly, empathetic, and confident when helping clients
  • Great communicator + team player
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
  • Social media savvy (comfortable on video)
  • Available evenings & weekends
