Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This role involves working closely with children of various ages, including those with disabilities, to promote their development and well-being through engaging activities and educational experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster learning and development.
  • Supervise children in the classroom and during outdoor play to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Provide individualized care and attention to each child, including those with special needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to develop programs that support the diverse needs of all children.
  • Document children's progress and maintain accurate records as required.

Requirements

  • A background in early childhood education and as Manager is highly preferred.
  • 2 years of Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is essential.
  • Familiarity with caregiving techniques for children with disabilities is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that educate while entertaining.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are crucial for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
