What You'll Do

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems
  • Work on chillers, boilers, makeup air units, pumps, fans, and cooling towers
  • Partner with mechanics and apprentices on large-scale projects and repairs
  • Complete service reports and work orders accurately
  • Provide recommendations to improve system efficiency and customer comfort
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build trusted relationships with clients
  • Always prioritize safety and follow best practices on every job

What We're Looking For

  • 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic License
  • Gas Technician 1 License (TSSA certified)
  • Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification (or provincial equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial HVAC experience
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, mechanical alignment, and HVAC controls
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Team player with the ability to also work independently
  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous learning
