Junior Solicitor: Bring Your Drive. We'll Bring Everything Else

This Opportunity:

We're looking for a junior solicitor to join our thriving and collaborative legal team. If you've built a solid foundation during articling and/or have up to a couple of years of solicitor experience, this role is designed for you. More experience is welcome, but not required—the real key is your readiness to learn, grow, and take on meaningful work.

Whether your background includes real estate, corporate/commercial, wills and estates, or general solicitor work, we're less focused on where you've been and more focused on where you're going.

If you bring drive, curiosity, and ambition, we'll give you the runway.

You'll step into real responsibility right away: handling parts of files, interacting with clients, and learning to exercise judgment with senior lawyers and staff supporting you when you need it. Strong articling experience is important here, and the more hands-on exposure you've had practicing, the easier the transition will be. But if you have the fundamentals and the hunger to grow, we want to hear from you.
