  • Provide detailed technical support on pump systems, hydraulic performance, and product applications to distributors and end-users.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate technical assistance.
  • Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Create and maintain the Applications Engineering database in coordination with distributors to support sales and product promotion efforts.
  • Maintain and analyze the quotations database to ensure timely follow-up and identify opportunities for support.
  • Prepare documentation for custom and non-catalog products and coordinate their production with internal departments.
  • Execute and support Sales Orders as needed, ensuring accurate technical specifications.
  • Visit customer sites when required to provide hands-on technical assistance and training.
  • Provide cross-reference information for obsolete products and recommend suitable alternatives.
  • Support Regional Sales Managers and distributors through technical presentations, seminars, and meetings.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to represent Rotech Pumps and gather market intelligence.
  • Research and recommend commercially available components to enhance product offerings and system performance.
