Concrete Restoration Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Restoration Supervisor to lead onsite crews and oversee all aspects of concrete repair and restoration projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete restoration crews
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion
  • Perform and oversee concrete repair methods including patching, resurfacing, crack injection, waterproofing, and epoxy/urethane applications
  • Ability to set up and operate sandblasting equipment/Shotblasting equipment
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce company safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients
  • Track labor, materials, equipment, and progress reports
  • Train and mentor crew members to develop skills and maintain productivity
  • Troubleshoot onsite challenges and provide practical solutions

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in concrete restoration or structural repair
  • Proven track record of project completed start to finish
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or lead-hand role
  • Strong knowledge of concrete repair techniques, materials, and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Valid driver's license; reliable transportation to various job sites
  • Strong understanding of construction safety standards
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Sika/Mapei specialty training
  • BASF specialty training
  • WHMIS, First Aid, Fall Protection
