Denver Property Restoration Service Inc. is a general contracting company which provides restorative and construction services to residential homes and commercial buildings within Winnipeg and surrounding areas. We offer a wide range of services to remediate conditions caused by fires, floods, winds, mould and environmental hazards.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for completing site walk-throughs, compiling documentation on work required, providing inspection reports and quotes to complete projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Service - communication with clients to develop solutions that will respond to their needs
- Compiles accurate quotes to complete required work, keeping within cost margins
- Manages all aspects of the project from start to finish, completes inspections throughout project to insure progress and quality and monitors job costs for the duration of the project and ensure all invoicing is completed in a timely manner
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with all levels of clienteles
- Resolves disputes and complaints, as required
- Generates new sales leads

**Conditions of Employment**
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be able to provide and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to provide and maintain a satisfactory Child Abuse Registry and Adult Abuse Registry Check
- Must be able to travel to locations around the province using various methods of travel
- Must be able to work extended hours including overnight stays, as required
- Must possess and maintain a valid Full Stage Manitoba Class 5 Driver's license without restrictions (and be able to provide a current Driver's Abstract)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Project Manager in the Restoration field
- Completion of post-secondary education in Project Management, Building Construction an asset
- Detailed understanding of construction practices for residential and commercial properties
- Knowledge of building codes; electrical, or plumbing, or mechanical and related codes
- Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficiency in MS Office Skills (Word and Outlook)
- Experience with Xactimate required
- Basic accounting competency
- Experience with planning all phases of construction, including defining project scope, budgeting, scheduling, tendering and monitoring job costs
- Ability to lead and to work as a team
