What We're Looking For

Foreman Candidates:

  • Proven experience leading a metal roofing crew
  • Ability to read plans, coordinate site tasks, and manage materials
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Installers:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience installing standing seam or other metal roofing systems
  • Comfortable with heights, tools, and physical work in various weather conditions
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team
