About The Opportunity
A Public Sector Client is seeking an experienced Receiving Analyst, who will work under the direction of the Assistant Director, Supplier Management and Organizational Effectiveness.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Receive, inspect and verify goods for the End-User Experience Portfolio
  • Record and initiate good receipts in SAP and ServiceNow
  • Perform asset tagging of hardware (as required)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hardware records in ServiceNow, including serial numbers, lifecycle, state, ownership, and location
  • Pack and ship hardware to alternate Bank locations (as required)
  • Organize and maintain inventory in the Head Office stockroom
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting to prevent shortages and/or overstocking
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and asset counts to validate data accuracy
  • Organize hardware disposal and/or recycling
  • Liaise with operations teams and vendors on any discrepancies or issues
  • Other related activities and deliverables as required

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:

  • University degree or college diploma in business administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst or receiving analyst
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow, SAP, and/or SharePoint Online
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management and/or warehouse operations
  • Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders at any level of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while working on multiple tasks
  • Must possess a valid Reliability level security clearance
  • Must have strong English communication skills
