Job Description:

Our crane operators are primarily engaged in pile driving, deep foundation improvement, bridge construction, and marine work using crawler cranes up to 250T. Operators will perform all types of pile driving including diesel hammer, hydraulic hammer, drop hammer, and vibratory hammer. Operators should also ideally be comfortable outside of the crane performing various other heavy construction related tasks and or mobile equipment operation. We aim to hire well rounded long term employees as opposed to short term project specific workers.

Qualifications:

  • Mobile Crane Level A License or equivalent required (Level B apprentice may be considered).
  • 2+ years' experience in heavy construction.
  • Pile driving experience is an asset.
  • Lattice friction crane experience is an asset.
  • Mobile equipment experience is an asset.
  • Welding experience is an asset.
  • Mechanical experience is an asset.
  • Supervisory experience and the ability to oversee a crew is an asset.

Compensation:

Based on the individual's abilities, experience, and level of training completed. Foreman and supervisor level opportunities also available. Junior or entry level positions also available to suitable persons.
