**Job Title**: Tower Crane Operator

**Location**: Vancouver Lower Mainland

**Availability**: Weekdays / Weekends with Overtime Availability

Concrete formwork company in the construction of residential and commercial high-rise buildings. Looking to hire an experienced Tower Crane Operator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate Tower Crane - lifting, lowering, or moving materials and equipment.
- Communicate and coordinate with Rigger and Foreman, using two way radio and/or hand signals
- Strong understanding of crane operations and safety procedures.
- Daily pre-operation inspection of the crane. Monitor crane performance regularly to prevent malfunctions and damage.
- Maintain Logs of maintenance and performance of the crane.
- Lubricate and maintain the crane
- Adhere to all safety regulations
- Follow safe work procedures while operating.
- Strong knowledge of lifting capacities and weights of the tower crane.
- Daily Lock block testing

**Job Skills & Qualifications**
- Tower Crane Level A ticket, for Tower Crane Operation
- Able to communicate and take directions effectively
- Experience in fast-paced high-rise projects
- Strong work ethic to the project to meet time-oriented goals.
- Experienced Operator for large-scale construction sites
- Work well with others in an ever-changing work environment.
- Able to Work Monday to Saturday 7 am to 4 pm with potential overtime

**Compensation**:

- Competitive pay (depending on the experience & skill level)
- Overtime availability
- Benefits Available

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
