What You'll Do

1 Lead and motivate crews maintaining commercial properties — retail, industrial, and corporate.

2 Manage turf care, trimming, pruning, litter pick-up, and overall property presentation.

3 Take care of those finishing touches that make a difference — signpost repairs, painting, and small maintenance tasks.

4 Communicate with clients and property managers to ensure satisfaction and quality standards are met.

5 Operate and oversee equipment (mowers, skid steers, tractors, trimmers, blowers, etc.).

6 Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.

7 Train, coach, and support your team to deliver top-quality results.

8 Participate in snow and ice management during winter months (plowing, salting, shoveling).

What You Bring

  1. 2–3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or property services (foreperson or lead hand experience preferred).

2 Valid driver's license (required).

3 Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

4 Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach. 5 Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards. 6 Familiarity with industry safety practices and equipment operation. Work Conditions 1 Full-time, year-round position (landscaping in summer / snow & ice operations in winter). 2 Outdoor work in all weather conditions. 3 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 4 Safety gear required (steel-toed boots, high-visibility clothing, etc.). 5 Some overtime and travel within the Vaughan area may be required.
