Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive maintenance, with the ability to provide excellent customer service. Technicians are required to work with the team to perform vital checks and services and provide key information to the Customer to help customers make the correct maintenance decisions.

Responsibilities

  • General level maintenance, including oil and fluid changes and light maintenance items.
  • Collaborate with Store Manager to manage service times and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in investigation and resolution of customer complaints and warranties.
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed to deliver the desired Customer Service Proposition (CVP) to every customer.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Actively seek support when training is required.
  • Ensure adherence to store administration policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain operational consistency and efficiency.
  • General shop duties - cleaning and organizing.
  • Support the development and training efforts of new Technicians.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure efficiency, consistency, and an excellent customer experience.

Experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Valid G driver's license.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees in English.
  • High School Diploma or some secondary level education preferred.
  • Automotive knowledge (a plus, but not required).
  • Team player and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
